How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, Monday through Saturday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
How long will delivery take?
US orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days after processing. Expedited (3–5 days) and Express (1–2 days) options are available at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. You can also visit our Order Tracking page anytime.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that window, the order may already be in processing. Email support@goornet.com immediately with your order number if you need to make a change.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time.
My order shows "Delivered" but I have not received it. What should I do?
Check with neighbors and your building's front desk first. Then contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If still missing after 3 business days, email support@goornet.com with your order number and we will assist you.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unassembled items in original packaging with all parts and accessories included. Assembled or used items are not eligible for return. See our full Refund Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email support@goornet.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions if approved. Do not ship items back without prior approval.
Who pays for return shipping?
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, GoorNet covers return shipping. For change of mind or size returns on unassembled items, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may require additional time to post the credit.
Can I return a product after my child has used it?
No. Items that have been assembled or used are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. We strongly recommend reviewing all dimensions, age ranges, and product details before assembling or allowing use.
My item arrived with missing parts or hardware. What should I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@goornet.com with your order number and photos of what was received. Do not attempt assembly with improvised hardware — contact us first and we will send the correct parts at no cost.
